I’ve been getting my Mini Coopers serviced here for several years. I’m not fond of writing, and everyone else wrote some excellent reviews, so will just say …All the great and good reviews are basically my experience with them. These guys are great.
Took my ML350 to them for diagnosis of transmission not engaging when shifted into gear. They quickly found the issue along and sent the estimate. I had them do some additional needed repairs. They ordered all the needed parts and kept me posted on ship status and repair status via email. Super friendly team and very responsive. Will return.
These guys pay close attention to detail. They don't do unnecessary work. They call attention to necessary fixes with estimates, and give recommendations if they can't fix. Mike at the front desk is always friendly. Highly recommend for a foreign car.
