I had been a faithful customer to another shop in town and it was time to part ways. My car needed some maintenance work so I chose DeYoung and I am incredibly glad I did! My new Service Advisor, Mike, was so great to work with! The knowledgeable communication was a breath of fresh air. We went over suggested and upcoming maintenance and I did not feel pressured one bit. Honesty and transparency is of the upmost importance to them and I appreciate that. They work with your budget while using quality parts and take pride in the work they do. Best of all, they treat you like family. I am so grateful I made the switch.

I found the De Youngs by accident last year when I moved into the new Havenly Complex. I’ve now had my 2023 and 2018 Porsche Carrera serviced here. The work is impeccable, as is the attention to detail. Charges are more than reasonable. Their advice on maintenance and necessary repairs is very good. I can’t speak highly enough of De Young. I’m a committed customer. Well worth the effort to seek them out.

I don’t usually write reviews but felt I wanted to praise DeYoung European Motors. I brought my 2021 Mercedes GLB to DeYoung on June 25, 2026 to have them do the standard A7 service. While performing the routine maintenance, they found a few additional items that needed attention. What I appreciated most was how they prioritized those items for me. They clearly explained what was urgent for my safety and what could wait until a later visit. Finding a shop with that level of honesty and transparency is rare. I highly recommend Wes, Dustin and the team for their excellent, customer-first service.
